At Highbridge and Burnham Trusted Carers, we understand that there are many people within our communities who care for loved ones, family members and friends. These people often have little support and do not know where to turn to where things are hard. We at Trusted Carers can make a difference!
We want to ensure that no one feels alone and the wonderful people who are caring for people have a support network behind them!
It may be just a simple chat or sign posting to the correct form of support. It may be a way of meeting others who share similar experiences so you understand you are not alone.
